This is probably our best asset… The entire team that makes up “La Granja, Ability Training Center”, from monitors and emotional educators to cleaning and kitchen staff are trained in emotional education. People with values and enthusiasm, professionals who need to work with “meaning”, and feel that everything they do has an intention that stretches beyond what meets the eye. People with a vocation who work to improve the education of each boy and girl, who try to make these days with us fun, but also to promote personal growth and an improvement in the relationship between peers.
The educators of “La Granja” have adequate training according to the needs required for the activities they carry out (biologists, child educators, environmental educators, psychologists, teachers, etc.). All of them are trained in the La Granja Method, a practical method of training emotional skills, as well as social and personal skills in children, teenagers and adults.
