2nd and 3rd cycle primary and high school

activities:

  • The maze of frustration: In our labyrinth we will put them in a stressful situation. This will help them to generate awareness of how is the communication we have with ourselves. This affects us greatly in our self-esteem and we will be able to take with us tools so that the communication with ourselves is also positive. In addition, we will be able to train patience, that important tool for situations of a conditioning nature, which helps us to improve our tolerance to frustration.
  • The frustration circuit: This circuit will test our patience to our limit, what if we don’t succeed? We will have to go back and back and start again. In this activity they will train emotional regulation, and learn tools to manage frustration.
  • Animals say NO: They will visit the animals at La Granja. What do we feel when the animals move away from us? Trying to understand the animals, communicate with them and see the limits they put on us, we will work on calm, empathy, respect and patience.
